People from all walks of life, from all ages and from all regions are LNP members. As a member of the LNP you can help shape the future of Queensland.

From Cape York to Coolangatta, Hughenden to Hervey Bay, Bedourie to Brisbane and all points between, our members are the heart and soul of the LNP.

As a member you can help shape LNP policy, have your say on the issues of the day and aspire to a leadership role in the LNP’s organisation or as a Parliamentary representative. 

Who can join the LNP?

Any person who supports the objects and platform of the LNP may apply for membership of the Party providing that they are:

Enrolled on the Queensland and Commonwealth electoral roll

N

The residential address on the application form is the same as that on the electoral rolls; and

N

Have not been convicted of a disqualifying electoral offence within the last 10 years

The LNP has a proud history in Queensland and membership is your opportunity to have a voice in politics.

Who can join online?

You will not be able to complete the online form if you:

  • Have previously been a member of the LNP
  • Are a supressed voter
  • Are not on the Queensland electoral roll
  • Are under 18
